Honestly that last insurgent was hilarious, one man armying around trying to keep the dream alive.
The reason you couldn't evacuate that embassy all of a sudden is because the insurgents attacked it the minute it popped up, preventing it from being evacuated. You can't evacuate an embassy when in combat
I wish we could make these scenarios ourselves really. We can't make things like events and choose specific things like automatic peace progression which would be so handy!
If only the Creator of this game would give us the tools to make such a scenario, then yea we could create something simillar. But it is what it is, and it is understandable why creation can't be better than the Creator.
Now Imagine if insurgent activity was a thing in this scenario
what i found quite funny is the moment the peace deal is made you don't insta-win but the insurgents start retreating back and suddenly peace comes over all the valley, like the sky after the rain.
Wtf? He reads the modifier?! Who are you?! What did you do to the original person!! Someone pls send a search and rescue!
You really should do the Baby Mode scenario just as a joke. I think you can beat it in like 5 minutes lol.
