Small Exploit I discovered for this Map: When you place the Coalition Soldier on the Field that will be destroyed, he goes away and is given back immediately as a deployable unit. I think that resets the Coalition Time to stay. So, if you want to keep them around longer, place them upon the danger Zone, evacuate and then the Soldier will be "killed" by the Eruption. Then they will be "replaced" with a fresh unit.
i like billionaire so much. my personal favorite. because you can pay off the insurgents wherever they are without chasing them to another province. it made the game more manageable and less cat and mouse stuff
This map on every other governor: Civil servant: totally manageable, since he isn't necessarily bad at anything. Economist: only hard because the economist makes things way more complex than they need to be (seriously there is no advantage to the economist's gimmick) General: Actually a solid choice, all things considered. Just uh... don't expect to hold on to those garrisons very long. Banker: totally do-able. Smuggler: do-able. Ish. Just try not to let the corruption get too high too early, lest you struggle to stabilise zones (that you will inevitably lose to the volcano) Warlord: you'll have more than enough men to evac people and still keep the insurgents in check, so that's good at least. Just don't get all the nationals at once, not a good idea. Tank commander: The previously undiscovered tenth circle of hell. Seriously. Save your sanity. Don't bother. Development director: you'll be short on soldiers, but other than that, you'll be fine.
i am late but : there is no advantage to the economist's gimmick but she can reset inflation to 0 a few times for free which can be useful. it's basically civil servant with just this little ability on top
For the emergency evacuation, the general has a governor bonus that refunds between 20%-67% of the cost, also the billionair has a farm related one and can't pay the warlord that offers help, these are the only spcial governor specific situations I've encountered yet.
Anyone else want to see Pravus play rogue state revolution again? Or just me? I feel like all his experience with rebel inc would help him in a play through
8:04 Not really. The soldier stationed there would be gone, yes, but you'll get another one in replacement, albeit it would be training for 2 months. Not sure whether this affects the withdrawal time of a coalition unit, though.
Even after all this time, he’s still allergic to getting outreach initiatives Can have 30 water development initiatives, but it doesn’t mean shit if none are getting built
no its just luck and its pretty easy if you have hard time with first mb just use billionare corruption isnt that hard to lose reputation to just dont go crazy like %50 percent
Pravus tbh you kinda deserve more viewers and subs, before you used to have so many and it just kinda made me very sad to see this happen to your channel.
Amazing video but definitely got to laugh that you got that special aircraft person then didn’t get planes until close to the end and then never use the planes at all XD but hey we can say that you did that just because you bought your own jet and didn’t do anything else with it just like a normal billionaire XD
4.01 Ahhh....😀 I'm SURE in this day and age, Pravus will ensure that the Operation name from the random generator will be 100% Politically Corre- 😳😮😅 (Operation Yellow Fear? 😨😱😳😅)
Well I know on the dam map, the billionaire has this special ability that lets him stop any truck driver protests for free with 100% success rate, so that's pretty nice. He also refuses to cooperate with any local warlords offering support, which is less nice.
I noticed a mistake with this governor. In negotiations, if you want to blame the rebels for everything, but you don't have $12, you can still choose this option. The account balance will not become negative (money will not be spent on this action), and you will receive 4 reputations.
Can someone imagine pravus as a us general in either afgahanstin or iraq before the the us left playing real life rebel inc . I bet he will be more effictive than General Mike Milley and the entire DOD army chief of staff. Just kidding, but very fun question indded.
If you’re still playing and haven’t figured it out yet, police can destroy insurgents on their own, but a police initiative will be destroyed for each insurgent and will have to be rebuilt.
Very cool dlc, but why doesnt it exist in any form on my phone? There is no buyable new stuf no update for rebel inc, no new levels or governors, is it going to mobile later?
Combat by bribing insurgents and then combatting corruption in your own government is a thing to do makes you think about how you spend money to fight corruption
It's not exactly uncommon for armed forces to be involved in disaster relief, both because it's a lot of available manpower and because disasters cause disorder (looting and so forth). The Turkish Armed Forces were involved in relief efforts after the earthquake recently, for example.
Finally! The right man for the job! I am sure there will be no corruption or inflation at all.
