I 100% AGREE with you, at some point you have to SETUP a guideline for a PROFESSIONAL Lawncare thing, if you do smoke or chew , whatever etc do that between customers, drive time , but like you said, when you arrive to the NEXT clients house, establishment or whatever the case might be, it's time for that stuff to be put away until you are finished and ready to leave that client and so on, JUST shows also HUGE consideration to EACH CLIENTS HOME and PROPERTY OWNER
I totally agree with you and so many professional lawn care guys think looking like slobs is okay.

Beautiful properties, especially the new one. It's cute. I agree with you about the smoking thing. I am a smoker (I was trying to quit) but didn't smoke at work. That's break time and lunch time. And it's really not a good look.
I'm a smoker and do lawncare. My first policy is to not smoke on anyone's property without permission. Most of my customers didn't even know that I smoked until I told them. I have only had one customer let me smoke on her property while working and still didn't do it. I always walk off the property and grab a smoke and a drink while doing a long job, 3-4 hour+ job.
I bagged my yard after you do it at all property. Man my yard looks so much better. By the way i watch you and Spencer after watching alot more you two are the best.

I 100% prefer a bagged lawn! The look difference is like night and day, at least in my old lady eyes. The POV at about min 10:40 was one I have never seen before. Your eye is healing nicely. Good video, I enjoy watching behind the scene stuff😊. You have some nice gardens to maintain too. The tree's at the new property your working on are silver birch tree's, the lump on the side of the one I know as a burr. Sometimes you see wooden bowls made from burr wood, it has a lovely pattern in it. Enjoy the sunshine yourside of the Atlantic 👍

I am glad you brought up being professional I make sure they are dress for safety wearing shorts and sleeveless shirt is not appropriate attire for lawn care my lawn care guy wears pants and boots and long sleeve shirt with temperature of 90 degrees and a hat safety is his thought

Professionalism I agree. Whether you have an outside job or an inside job, smoking while on the job is frowned upon by most employers. You are the customer service representative of your company. If I walked into a hotel and the customer service representative was smoking a cigarette I would be turned off. If I want to check out my groceries and the cashier was smoking a cigarette, I would be very offended. And in Alaska you're not allowed to smoke in your car at your job whether it's at a school, or a hospital.

I totally agree with the smoking (and drinking) professional attitude!!! Fill My All Time Awesome Mentor...(in my next life bc I'm twice as old,...I want to be just like you!!!) The folks in this area put there a/c units on pedestals like three feet off the ground.
As a smoker, and a professional, while getting tools out and so forth I will finish my cig and drink my coffee. If I were doing lawn care, maybe the same thing, but I wouldn't be working with one in my mouth. I never leave my butts on a job and will put them out just to get to work on the job. Still going to quit them someday 👽

Great job on the toro deal so happy for you!! And I also agree with you on the smoking… I honestly don’t even like seeing workers smoke during break hours. I had an experience once in a restaurant some guy came from his break and smelled like smoke when taking our order. Was very gross honestly.

On that new property with the tree, get a metal detector and run it over that bulge. Old battlefields have trees that create a healing layer around objects that get stuck in them.
They show up like Sanford and Son junk equipment smoke even marijuana and leak a quart of oil in the street and leave all the grass in the street and never trim both sides of the customers fence 😡. Right Fil so right 👍
Warranty is great but the big question is: "Did you get an extra PTO switch to have on hand for next time?"

I smoke but not in the house or at work. It looks bad to see someone smoking on the job outside their company. My last job was for a Cancer Research Center. I should have quit but didn't.

That’s a shame Stihl makes anything plastic that goes under the deck. I love Stihl professional products. All my chainsaws are Stihl pro saws and there is a huge difference between home owner and professional. I’m not sure if these are pro models but that’s a bad engineering design on there part
