Yeah we are getting our spring rain and storms here in Alabama temperature is all over the place! Have had some very beautiful blue bird sky days which is usual this time of year! Storms are probably every day next couple of months.
Them edges crispy crispy!!! Love that view on the edger. This channel with mowing footage is up there with the top ones man. Quick question - how / do you secure the mower on the bed of the truck? I see so many people that do not...one quick turn and that mower flying! LOL Regarding the commercial property, I'd charge them for the double cut. If they decline, cancel them and pick-up 4 more residential properties that take up less time and pay just as if not more than the 2 hrs you'd spend on the commercial property, IMO.

I live a couple of hours south of you and have taken a twice a month mow approach to mowing for the past 30 years. Gives the grass a chance to grow roots and compete with the weeds. Mower height is 3.5 " and grass is not irrigated or fertilized. Not a short green carpet fitting a million dollar house but fits my million dollar view. Love the videos showing the challenges of running a mower in north Idaho. Congrats on expanding to a separate storage area for the equipment.

Top hair is nice. The rest is ridiculously too short. All you see is skull. Hair is an asset.
