If they can get back like Lonzo Ball, and Myles Turner plus rotation players. They’ll be well built around Simmons with Seth Curry and Joe Harris as well.

KD's problem is that he's a superstar, which makes him feel like he has to be on a team where he will have at least one other player of his caliber because if they don't that team isn't good enough for KD to join, but he also wants to be on a team that can't win without him so he won't have to let anyone else touch the trophy. I have never known of a person less in need of a nemesis than KD.
@@Limbo-yl7ut It's more than that though. KD needs to be the sole reason that team is a contender for the sake of his ego/legacy. Which is why no move he could ever make will ever succeed. KD's ego is both the reason he joined the Warriors, and the reason he left three seasons later. He joined because he wanted rings, and he left because social media convinced him those rings didn't count, and because the voices in his head convinced him leaving was the only way to prove Steph needed him to win those two rings and not the other way around.
Let me be clear: I love KD and want him to have success in every way that doesn't impede the success of the Warriors, but KD is objectively the NBA's Taylor Swift.

What benefit would it serve the Nets to acquire Russell Westbrook? Espeically if he teams up with Ben Simmons. Two ball dominant guys who can't shoot. It would be a disaster for them.

I HIGHLY disagree with the idea that KD going to Phoenix is the "exact opposite" of him going to Golden State. Phoenix was still the number 1 seed (the literal best team in the league during the regular season last year), still went the Finals the previous year, and is still seen as being contenders. KD is still doing his thing of looking to join the best team he can and take the easiest possible route to the chip - which, unfortunately, will likely be his legacy when it's all said in done. The actual "exact opposite" move that KD could do would be to go to the Orland Magic (or some other team that didn't make the playoffs last year). That all being said, this video did make a great point in showing all of us the actual role that Kyrie played in KD's request for a trade.

I wouldn’t want to watch that tbh. Dame is a great player but I never really bought into the idea of him being a championship level player. His teams would’ve been better if he shot less and allowed other players to do their thing. Chuck Daley asked Isaiah Thomas whether he wanted to win or score a lot points and he chose the former. Same clearly chose the latter. They aren’t beating the Clippers or Warriors

KD has been a part of insane teams, but he only won on the best team, which is still the best team. No other team can do what the healthy warriors can do. Though, all this talk of biggest threat to the warriors, is likely to make the warriors a bigger threat. What was it, like 5 days of respect before claiming any team that has made a trade is going to get them? If they don't want the warriors to when chips on the court then they shouldn't give them chips to put on their shoulder.

KD won’t ever gain my favor again. Ultimately, he was given what he wanted in Brooklyn, but is looking to quit at the first sign of collapse. I understand loyalty doesn’t get rewarded in this league, and KD is just trying to do what is best for him, but it seems like such a cop out.

They can trade him to Miami if Ben Simmons is included. Which I don't even wanna BEGIN thinking what that trade package would look like

Warriors fan here, and I'd honestly prefer to see KD go to the Lakers in exchange for AD and Russ. Lebron and KD pairing up would be pretty dope (two of my all-time fav players). Not a Kyrie fan - don't like drama - so would not want to see him there also. But Lebron and KD would be fun, and they'd fit together well. Lakers would then have cap space to fill in some decent role players. Nets would have a expiring contract with Westbrook, and they could hang on to or flip AD later on. AD and Simmons might be interesting also.
Correction: Nets can't get Bam Adebayo because of the Rookie exntension Rule. They already traded for Ben Simmons who was from a rookie extension.

No he isn't. Curry, Giannis, and Jokic are all clearly better at this point. Better leaders, more healthy, and more productive even when healthy, especially Giannis.
