@@crafpingDIYHi, thanks for responding! It was the circle cutter starting at 3:40, you used it to create the circle discs. I've never seen that style before, and couldn't find it when I looked online.
This is an exchangeable hole saw. I think you can probably buy it on Amazon. Even if it's not replaceable, a regular hole saw will work. Here I am using 55mm and 45mm.
These are some really cool ideas! I'm curious what kind of circle cutter that is though? Could you give any details on that?
