    Congratulations on your new home.
    We are planning to move to Dublin from Singapore. We have 2 kids (3 years old and 11 years old)
    We are also planning to buy a house there (3+ bed like you), any budget idea?
    How is Indian community around?
    Which schools would be good for kids?
    Thanks in advance.

      Thanks. You can see all the prices on daft.ie
      Indian community is growing and nearly all schools are good & have similar studies.

    The houses in adamstown are just getting built and some not built yet.Can we book those houses?Will someone who offers more money get houses more quicker than others?Was your house fully built when you booked it?

    • @IndianPaddy
      @IndianPaddy  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      If the houses are newly built or brand new or still developing then there are set prices, no offers needed there. My house is built few year ago. On second hand houses, there are offers, you can put offers on it and the higher offers or bidders wins.

    $415K U.S. or 415K euro? Either way, you paid too much for that working class neighborhood home. I live in the U.S. and just realized that I do not have a symbol for the euro on my keyboard. $415K in Pittsburgh would buy you a small mansion.

    • @IndianPaddy
      @IndianPaddy  2 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Its €415k and its in Dublin and its a Dublin price. The prices of properties in Ireland is booming due to covid19. The demand is so high.

    • @eimeargargan2071
      @eimeargargan2071 2 ปีที่แล้ว +6

      Dennis you seem a little bit ignorant about housing in Ireland. 1. Houses are like this in big estates and what you may call a “row” or “duplex” attached property whether it’s working class neighbourhood or middle class. This area and this style of house would be considered more middle class than working class. 2. You may get a mansion for that price in your State but remember Dublin is the Capital city of Ireland. If this was outside Dublin in the country you would get bigger detached house on individual plot of land but Capital suburbs cost more...

    • @IndianPaddy

    • @susie2251
      @susie2251 2 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      @@eimeargargan2071 he has also completely made up prices too. There is no way to get this nice of house for $415,000 in a safe, middle class neighborhood of Pittsburgh (and not some suburb out in the boonies). Not to mention, Pittsburgh isn’t exactly equivalent to living in the capital city of a country, with the highest salaries and the most competition.
