If the houses are newly built or brand new or still developing then there are set prices, no offers needed there. My house is built few year ago. On second hand houses, there are offers, you can put offers on it and the higher offers or bidders wins.

Houses are like this in big estates and what you may call a “row” or “duplex” attached property whether it’s working class neighbourhood or middle class. This area and this style of house would be considered more middle class than working class. 2. You may get a mansion for that price in your State but remember Dublin is the Capital city of Ireland. If this was outside Dublin in the country you would get bigger detached house on individual plot of land but Capital suburbs cost more...

There is no way to get this nice of house for $415,000 in a safe, middle class neighborhood of Pittsburgh (and not some suburb out in the boonies). I live in the UK and I've only just noticed that Irish houses look similar to British ones.
