- Owen Reilly present 13 Raymond Street, an elegant, three bedroom, double fronted Victorian residence with a modern extension to rear and a beautiful garden with sunny aspect. Superb location just off the South Circular Road on the sunny side of Raymond Street with a host of amenities on the doorstep. Behind the handsome brick facade is a very bright and spacious interior with well proportioned rooms and contemporary styling combining perfectly with the original period features such as cornicing, sash windows, shutters, larch solid timber flooring and high ceilings. The generous living space is a very attractive space which opens into the garden and is perfect for entertaining.
The accommodation briefly comprises entrance hall, two bedrooms at the front with bathroom, a superb living/dining space with a 3.42m ceiling height and two working fire places at either end, extension with a hand painted Noel Dempsey Design fully fitted kitchen, large main bedroom to rear with luxurious en-suite and a separate utility/store room accessed from the garden.
The west facing garden is very private and includes a paved courtyard with a feature pond, and fountain, and an array of mature trees and plants. The garden is accessed from three separate rooms and to the rear is a door providing access to a gated laneway. To the front a railed garden area and ample on street resident parking.

Love the private garden and such a beautiful kitchen.
Very well presented and lovely little house. I couldn't see a bath though. Also I'd get rid of that little pond and stepping stones. Accident waiting to happen
Beautiful all the sunlight that comes into the home. This home has the feel of a home. Love the backyard.
Gorgeous. I didnt realise it was a flat.....
i absolutely love this house !!!!
I loved this property, This would be my ideal home if I were fortunate enough to live in Dublin. Beautiful furniture and decor throughout and has a Timeless essence about it. Just beautiful ❤

I would fall in the water Feature when I was drinking my wine at night in the garden
Me too 😅🍷
Looks small and scruffy from the front but amazing inside. Lovely garden but not enough of it.
What is the square footage and what is the price?

How much?
Georgious, but I wish they would show realistic furniture in bedrooms. Not a wardrobe in sight.
Beautiful house, but who in their right mind would want to live in the hell that is now Dublin. All thanks to the crazies who have deconstructed our society and culture in the last few years with contempt for the Irish people via unvetted, unskilled, possible criminal elements flooding our beautiful Celtic Christian homeland.
Enough with the xenophobia!
This is a real estate page no need for that
Lovely home but those tiles in both restrooms are depressing. I understand they were following a color scheme with the rest of the house but they should not have. It looks like an employee or gym bathroom. Who wants to shower in grey/green tiles? Who wants to wake up to those colors?
