I would remove the kitchen and living room doors so that the house has more of a open flow… The countertops look to be quartz.. No wall space for a mirror in the 2nd bathroom! It’s a fantastic house for the price!!
My father in his youth studied in UK he was an engineer (passed away couple of yrs back) when constructing his private properties he was so used of constructing small rooms as opposed to huge rooms. He should have studied in USA instead 😀😀😀 we live in Africa in a developing country
2 bed starter homes around £330,000.00 where we are and they are VERY tiny and 1 allocated parking space. My son has no chance ever getting on the property ladder.

I agree with you. I push my son around in a wheelchair and we'd get stuck in that circulation area for sure. Also, no ground-floor bedroom and full bathroom/wet room. There's no way I'd carry a 27 year old man upstairs!
Hi just thought to clarify, in this case I could have been clearer. When we design bathrooms there are space requirements for front transfer from wheelchair to the toilet pan, minimum dimensions apply. The layout of the room and space outside may still be awkward to manoeuvre due to how the door swings or the size of the corridor but the size of the toilet is considered "wheelchair accessible" according to building regulations standard. I do think the building regs are the absolute minimum standards and a lot more can be done to make homes more wheelchair friendly. To encourage house builders to think outside of the minimum standards.. the whole home isn't wheelchair friendly (staircase to bedrooms and step up front front door and step down into rear garden) but the space requirements for the toilet is considered to be so according to British building regulation standards. This is good for the price. There are houses which cost more and they are only 2 bedroom semi-detached. And don't even have an ensuite bedroom. This is just the state of the housing market at the minute sadly.
Hi Ifey! Some valid points there! It's true that you always have to keep practicality in mind when viewing empty properties :) Some creative storage ideas may be needed to optimise the spaces. It'll be worth the effort if you love the aesthetic.
250k is not that much money for a house. And this one is quite nice. 250k buys low end even in parts of Midlands. You can get a larger three bed on the outskirts of London in an ok area for a whopping 700k, and that's in a heavily congested messy area.
