Hii Roma..very informative video...if I am watching your video that means we are planning to relocate in Ireland...as we got a job offer there...bt Like everyone is saying it is very difficult to get a rental appartment in Dublin...the location you are staying is beautiful...Can we hope we also can get a house for rent in the same location???if not it would be great that you suggest some areas in Cork...thanks in advance.
Hi Ritu, congratulations! There is huge house crisis all over Ireland, so no body can guarantee which area you will end up getting the house. You can look for houses in Douglas, Carrigaline , ballingcollin, black rock- these areas. Most of the residential area in Cork are beautiful

In Ireland you have only induction stoves in the kitchen ? Not gas stoves??
Hi Swati, most of the new built houses have hot plates or induction stoves. Some old built may have gas stove , bt gas is expensive than electricity. So people prefer electric ones.

I just wanted to know about the teaching language .For example:In Netherlands.the school use dutch language to teach all subjects and one subject would be english . what about in Ireland?Do they teach all subjects in Irish or English?
Hi Sindhu, there are 2 types of primary schools, in National schools teaching medium is English and Irish is a subject and in Gaelic schools teaching medium is Irish. So you can apply in any national school . Do check this video , I have spoken about the same in more details

Did you pay brokerage to get this room or you found it online?
Thanks.. most of the houses gets listed in daft.ie.. tenants don’t pay brokerage here it is paid by the property owner to the agents who also maintain their property
And how many months security they request ?
It really depends .. 1 or 2 months mostly! We paid close to one and half month rent as security deposit.

I hope you don't mind me asking. Which job do you do and are there a lot of jobs in Cork? How are the kindergartens like for little kids? We're a family of three and thinking of moving to Ireland. Im asking because a lot people say kids are expensive and how true is that?
Hi.. Jobs are available however availability depends on your profile and kind of job you are looking at.. Childcare is private and heard part of it has tax benefit .. not sure about the details though

What I know is to teach is primary schools it is mandatory to know Irish to be a main stream teacher, not sure of the rest

Ireland is a very safe country for kids and women as per my experience.
