    I make curry the same way. In big portions to eat the next day or two and make curry pan. THis looks like a really good recipe. But I am hoping that I can leave onions and garlic out as I am alergic to fresh versions of the vegetables. I can oly use powder. I hope that will work the same.

      Try the powder version of garlic and onion, it should work the same! Curry is such a delicious dish :)
