By the gods of speed i hope you guys can get your hands on some titanium tubing and plate for your next one. I dont believe i have ever seen one made of titanium yet ..imagine how light weight it could be

But to really test your buggy is not on ice but on dirt so you can put it under As much load as possible to see if it can handle harder conditions. Not picking on your build but I do see flaws in it, which you will notice with more driving. Good luck.

The main part of that chassis is a Barracuda. Looks like the front amd rear suspension has been modified for crosskart. The original Barracuda has long travel suspension. One of ol mates other vids shows them doing the rear setup.
Geraldo Chavez he used a mig. The key to good structural welds is having your machine set correctly. Know what to look for when you weld and make sure you do test passes on a piece of scrap. Best of luck
Mig and tig can both work as long as you have the machine set properly (like realliferico said). One of the main advantages of tig that I've heard of is that there is less splatter so things look better, but mig is a lot easier.

setting up the rear suspension was one of the hardest for sure. the car is not ready yet! step by step it starting to be good!

Lance Ladewig the front tyres aren't meant to turn the same, the inside tyre is always meant to turn more than the outside, simple geometry man
