I had chance to test ride our crosskart in MP-Messut! It was success! Nothing what we have done in the rear went broken so now we will move our focus to the front and the brakes!!

Coming along very nicely :) what sort of bearings did you put in the front, are they just a single row deep groove or..............? I would use at minimum double row angular contact or even cup and cone set up to handle the side thrust that is produced when turning etc

valve chain needs a bit tension! it sometimes floats a little bit when you flore it. but man this is a very nice build! :D

is the worst way to install a bearing !!!, you must warm the piece of accommodation so this dilates and the romaiento enters without problem, the other very good work !!

the front a arms only have 2 solid mount points you need 3 to get good rigidity.

you should place bushings coated with teflon and rubber to avoid looseness and noise, otherwise when working metal with metal you should lubricate it with the proper grease ... metal with metal without lubricant has little useful life

why not use same bearing set up as is in the swing arm as a bike with needle bearings
