I've spent all day online looking for help with this, and you're video is by far the easiest to see and follow along to. Even the steering wheel removal video you have too! Thanks for the video

Look again for other (better) videos he gives bad info, there is no need to pop off the top shroud, also gives wrong info about how to release spring clip. you don't need to put screwdriver all the way in as he shows and the round hole( where you insert the screwdriver) is at the ends of those springs not the coil part of the spring...he points out coil of spring after the air bag is out and says that's what you're prying on that is totally wrong pause video at that point and you can. see the long straight part of the spring...that's what you pry down on (NOT THE COIL) Here's a tip...when wheel is turned 90 degrees from center position the hole on back of wheel ( one of two of them) will be at top center put flathead screwdriver in at TOP of hole it should only go in about an inch when screwdriver bottoms out (it will stop about 1 inch in) then pry spring clip down (meaning you're prying handle up towards roof) you'll know that clip is unlocked when air bag pops out a bit on that side. This might take a few tries for the first clip if you've never done it before. There's a flat top to that round hole you can use to guide screwdriver into position and that's what you want to pry up against.
The only thing he got correct is about disconnecting the battery and waiting 15 minutes.

@@nofaithjusthope8714 Thanks for the feedback. We have verified and the video is correct for this particular VW. In this 2015 Jetta, you do not press at the end of the spring as you mention but the round springs mentioned in the video. What you mention is typical for the older VW models.
