Wow! This is going to be amazing! The dedication it takes to strive to be great at anything (especially something as mentally and physically challenging as gymnastics) isn’t easy to come by in today’s world! Humans are programmed to naturally lean towards taking the easy road or the path of least resistance, that’s why we need to train our children on the contrary to help them reach their true potential! Congratulations Say on being such a dedicated, fierce and competitive person while still remaining compassionate, humble and incredibly kind. And congrats to Jordan and Lauren on raising such a wonderful human whom I think we can all agree is a true role model! We love you Say, however this comp turns out, you are winning in our eyes! 💖🏆
As a level 8 gymnast this is comforting to know that it’s not just me with these struggles. Amazing job Salish, fear is the biggest obstacle we as gymnasts can ever overcome.
Me too. I am so proud of Salish, she has come so far in her gymnast career, as far as I know from watching her on here! Such an amazing, capable young gymnast/girl! 💗 I'm sure she will make it big one day in the Olympics

As a gymnast myself, I can tell competitions are hard. But, YOU GOT THIS SAY SAY! All your friends and family will be there by your side. No matter what happens, you will always be a GREAT gymnast!
I have had the same mental block on a backhand spring on beam for 2 years. It’s not easy, but you just got to remember that your going to be okay. You have done this skill before, so you know what it feels like! Just remember you got this and push through it!

Wow! This is amazing! Dedication is everything! Congrats Say on being a fierce, competitive person while still being kind. Jordan and Lauren you raised a wonderful daughter who is a great role model. Even if the competition didn't end well, you are still a winner. I have done gymnastics for since I turned 2 and have had many challenges in the process. But the strength doesn't come from winning it comes from determination and trust in yourself and your trainer. I have had terrible challenges and actually quit for two months until something tragic happened that made me see why I had/needed to do gymnastics for ME. And I got back out there and trusted myself. You have worked so hard and made everyone proud Say.
Salish did amazing, she tried her hardest and that’s what matters. I’m so proud of her and how hard she worked. Keep going no matter what. U can Doge every obstacle that comes ur way. Dear Salish, It's okay if you don't succeed, what matters is that your safe and you are doing what you like. No matter how much you loose or win, just remember, as long as you Tey your absolute best. I'm sure your dad, Hudson, and your mom is very proud of you.
Salish is such a strong fighter. She does what she loves no matter the obstacles. And you are a really supportive dad. I hope you guys have a great day!

Salish is so brave and amazing! I love how she is always so determined and happy even when things like this happen!
I can agree. I was going to compete a backwalkover on beam but during the warm up, I got it took out
i can relate and metal blocks are common for gymnasts like me, i am a level 7 gymnast now but when i forgot a skill before a competition most recently was 2 years ago, i was a level 6, and i was able to get the skills back before the preformance
Well.... THAT'S CORRECT BC WHEN I PRACTICE DOING A HANDSTAND I FINALLY DID IT I GOT FIRST PLACE
My back handspring was the most 8mportant part but 2hrs before my competition I lost it
I’m sooo proud of you, Salish🎉🤸🏻♂️🤸🏻♂️🤸🏻♂️🤸🏻♂️🥇🥈🥉
As a gymnast myself i can totally relate to this type of pressure and especially at regionals. But remember say say no matter what happens out there you got all your friends, family and fans support by your side and do not worry about anything just remember to chase your dreams and follow your calling! Remember! Whatever happens even if you don’t make it you still got another chance the world is not over and if you make it you are an amazing human being! You got this😃😄😁😀👍🫶🏼🤜🏼🤛🏻👏🏻and Jordan you got an amazing daughter! GOOD LUCK!

So excited! Love you Jordan
I’m glad her natural instinct to safety kept her from doing what she wasn’t confident on yet. She is smart! I am super glad she used her senses to stay safe and still medaled bc she’s a hard worker and determined. Congrats for being an all around smart and talented girl! Great news on the medals! 🥇 🎉
Salish I believe in you ❤

Dear Salish,
It's okay if you don't succeed, what matters is that your safe and you are doing what you like. No matter how much you loose or win, just remember, as long as you Tey your absolute best. I'm sure your dad, Hudson, and your mom is very proud of you.
