Thanks for the update on the native CoPilot app! It’s nice to hear that it no longer depends on Edge and works as a standalone application now. I also appreciate you testing out the voices, it’s helpful to know they’ve improved a bit, even if they’re not quite at the level of ChatGPT or Gemini yet. The Alt + Space shortcut tip was super handy, especially for those of us juggling multiple AI tools. Looking forward to when this rolls out to everyone! Great video as always!
it's still using Edge WebView, but the new "native" app instead of showing Edge menu, it shows an app menu, although it's still web app, it's now contained on WinUI3 now.
I heard that shortcut works depending on the app that opened first, although, having customization would be great, a workaround would be to assign power toys run to a different key blinding.
I’d really like one of these apps to add just some boring monotone voice instead of all of them being overly excited and expressive. Just give me somebody who’s emo monotone.
At first sight it seems like an electron app ! Electron apps are essentially web apps that are packaged into native desktop applications.

This is still a web app. We want the co pilot integration with windows like it used to be before.
Chatgpt and copilot are still web apps, just packged as native apps. Still uses same ammount of resources.
Noooo.. They're native app built with windowsAppSDK
Actually, the manly voice was pretty good and realistic.
PWA mostly lightweight when I compare to native ones, so no need it.
you r wrong it's web app, do your homework dude. Just click on three dots near minimize button you will know what it is.

I hate alt+space, because its the same for powertoys app launcher
