GUNSTOCK TRAILFEST 2023: New Hampshire

Every year on the last weekend of June, there's THE GUNSTOCK TRAILFEST held in Gilford, New Hampshire. This Running event is held at a Ski Resort /Action Park, depending on the season. On Saturday, they have a variety of races designed for all skill levels. On Sunday, the shortest race is a 10k, and the longest race is an 80k UltraMarathon.
As an Ultramarathoner, I love coming to this event because I can enjoy it with my friends who are not Ultramarathoners but still are able to participate in multiple events. On Saturday, we all ran the 5k race together, and then we enjoyed the festivities, the beer, and of course, great food. On Sunday, we all went our different ways, I ran the 80k Ultra Marathon, and others either ran the 10k or the 30k races. At the end of that day, we again were able to enjoy the food and, of course, the beer.
I most definitely recommend coming to this Trail Fest, and I truly believe it's THE BEST ULTRA RUNNING TRAIL FEST IN NEW ENGLAND!

It's cool you were able to stay with friends. Looks like a fun event. I did Pinelands 50k in Maine almost ten years ago - they did a similar format with the 50 mile/50k/25k so you were always getting new runners on the course. Great work on the 80k!

My friends and I discovered this TrailFest last year, and now it’s sort of a yearly tradition. A friend told me about the Pinelands it sounds like it was a similar event. This one is pretty cool cause you can get your kids involved and your dog-the whole family.

Yes my dog too! Delylah could really use some exercise that isn't trying to jump atop the microwave for her treats.
