    Since today is my cardio day, I did this routine twice back-to-back without the stretches after the first round. Loved it: simple but surely elevated my heart rate. A nice one to launch additional cardio exercises for today! Wonderful!...Anastasia

    I've been going through your playlists and trying to do some workouts that I haven't tried before. I don't think I'd tried this one even though it's from 3 years ago, so I did it today, adding some arm movements to those exercise that you demonstrated with just legs. I started with a short warmup, plus continuing to march in place during the introductory part of the video, and then followed it up with some more cardio and strength exercises. Good way to start my day!

    Loved this I have done your warm up. 30 minute walk, cool down and low impact cardio workouts. Now feel really good and look forward to my next selection tomorrow. Please never stop doing the workouts .

    Very good exercise for all ages..especially for those who can't have active sport or short breath people or working adults to release stress & lossen all stiff joins pains.

    Another great video April with you & your mom😊. I'm having some pain in my lower back. I just started working out again after several months of doing little except exercising my hand to mouth for belly building😉😂. I'm committed now to working out with you ladies daily!     I liked this combination of moves. Artichokes are heavy when they're still in the can. I used 3 lb weights.

      Thank you! Glad that you feel great after finishing the workout! Take at least one day of rest after since rest is when you build muscle! But listen to your body! If you have no soreness and feel good, then you are good to go again. Keep up the good work!

      Hi there! Use dumbbells that are challenging for you. A good weight is one that is hard to lift by 8 to 10 repetitions. You can start with no weight, and move up to using water bottles or cans. Dumbbells can be 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 pounds and up. For shoulder exercises, I recommend no weights or very light weights - 1 to 2 pounds or less. I hope this is helpful.       The Department of Health and Human Services recommends moderate aerobic activity which includes low impact cardio for at least 150 minutes a week along with two strength sessions that work all of your muscles. If you're not able to do 150 minutes of cardio a week right now, no problem. Do as much movement as you can every day. Even adding 5 minutes on other days is an excellent start. You can do it!
