The pool would be a must for women like Dot and Gloria because of the menopause. Would be brutal without it!! You do what you have to do! Its very important for all seniors to not get over heated. I have central ac in my house and the power went off for a couple hours and i was pretty worried it would be off longer because we had intense heat today, if it would have been longer i would have had a coolish shower. That lil pool will really relieve the discomfort! In some cases save a life 😊.
Every time I see your intro where you're squeezing between those two boulders, it makes me think of Aron Ralston, author of the book "Between a Rock and a Hard Place", who had to cut off his hand to free himself after one of the boulders slipped that he happened to be between. Great book if you haven't read it. Always good to see Dot! (Hey Dot!) She has so many life hacks. Glad you're enjoying your nearby attractions and having some fun in your off hours. It's really too hot even to get on the 2-wheeler right now. People always say "don't you keep cool once you're moving?". You DON'T! It's like standing in front of a hair dryer. I stepped out on the porch this morning to walk my normal 1.5 mile morning walk with the neighbor's dog, and as soon as the air hit me, I could tell it was the most humid day we'd had in years. Just miserable. But, that isn't going to stop me. Another great video, Mark!
Tell her to go to Tractor Supply and pick up a 110 gallon water trough. They work great. 👍 it will help. I used one for 3 of the 5 years I lived in that area. As for bees just provide them a low sided flat container with a rock in it so they can safely exit/enter. They’ll love it

My cameras kept shutting down from the heat, so it will be interesting to see what I can come up with this time… lol! Cool interviews with Gloria and Dot. It has been more humid than usual. Have you ever been to any of the sand dunes? Like the white sands in New Mexico or the one in Texas? I'm thinking of a vacation trip and I'm wondering if anyone has any experience. I'm looking to go sand boarding
