Obviously his pasta&pesto isn't a protein source. This is a calories source. This is why he calls it "beast meal for bulking" on a channel for skinny guys with fast metabolism.
3k with good food is a lot harder than 6k with trash food like a bar of chocolate. for example his pot of pasta + sauce was at 1700 kcal he said. for comparison: my food for lunch was ~1800 kcal. this included: - 550g chicken - 400g Broccoli - 350g of pepper sauce (Knorr) - 235g (uncooked) basmati rice It's almost the same in calories but 1. will keep me sated for a lot longer and 2. has way better nutrients than a bit of pasta with some pre-made sauce. TL;DR: calories aren't calories.
For people who have issues getting enough calories in during the day(and perhaps OP too), here's a simple 1000kcal shake you can drink 1-2 times a day, that contains 60-80g of protein. Ingredients are as follows: 2 scoops of oats. 2 scoops of whey protein (or any soy protein). 1 big tablespoonful of peanut butter. 1 big banana. 500ml of milk or soy milk. Some ice. Blend all that together and sink that shit. You'll start growing in no time. Feel free to experiment with the ingredients, alternately you can add olive oil aswell if you want extra kcals.
Otis The Cow or maybe he's not fooling . But our body has its functioning limits . He's taking like 2000-2500 calories extra than his body needs to maintain weight, and trust me .. all those 2500 calories won't turn into muscle, 80% of that will be fat .. he will get big fir sure, but the results won't make him happy.
Quincy I know .. but is it worth , first you workhard and eat more than you need and gain more fat than Muscle and call it gaining . Then again you work hard to reduce that fat and call it cutting. So why not do just lean bulking, eat only 300-500 calories in surplus and be careful to have them from rich protein sources.
Drink loads of water and stop having things like chocolates or anything with sugar. And you really need to increase the amount of protein your having in your diet
Mrkoolguy991 Your right man I have a fast metabolism I can eat 4K and lose weight but last year I started eating 7 to 8k got to 18 stone I have the stretch marks to prove it faded a bit now not worth it lean bulking will forever be the best
Such an inspiration. I'm a skinny teenager 😂 The working out is fine but I'm not making much progress without eating which is where I'm stuck. I swear my stomachs the size of a pea.
Oh shit fam. You aren't alone. Same issue with me. When I was about 15, I used to think that Exercising is just a part that makes you stop your thing..But lmfao I was Soo wrong. Eating is the hardest part I swear. I can Lift 24/7 and I have no problem with that. But Goddamn I just can't eat so much calories...I see people eating 4k,5k calories a day but make just a little progress so I wonder what is going on with me eating just 2500 calories a day...FML😂😂
@@tommccurrach5972That's exactly the problem....I don't see myself getting BIG tbh. Because I'm not eating enough, And I even know about it. I sometimes lose myself Motivation. It's so hard to bulk up. Fat People won't understand the pain of Gaining Weight, Skinny People won't understand how hard is Losing Weight .
when i started my journey in bodybuilding i was just a skinny dude like you. actually if your goal is to put on size, gain weight and in particooular gain muscles, you need to change strategy. at first you dont need 6thousand calories to bulk up, they're useless, your body and your musclen dont need that amount. when you wake up you can eat a pankake composed of about 100g of oats with 250ml of egg whits, and put honey on it. 2nd meal in the middl of the morning could be a banana with some creatine and a protein shake. lunch :150g of rice and 200g of chicken; snack in the afternoon could be the same of the breakfast or you can have a sandwich with salmon, tuna, ham and healthy fats as avocado cream or nuts. for dinner the same of lunch and before going to bed you can have another protein shake with some oats in it or also a mass gainer shake. this is a healthy diet i used to follow that gave me insane gains. morover the most important thing is that you have to train hard but smart, i mean you cant train everyday because your muscles need to recovery, do a monofrequency workout plan; at the beginnign you can do push day, pull day and leg day.
Erron Black Iam dirty Bulking too but i eat 3900-4500 cal a day with the little diffrence that i look after my macros. This guy could eat 9000 cal a day and still couldnt come up to his needed protein intake with the food hes eating.
Keep up the good work. Looking beyond training and eating, consistency is key. Don't worry too much about the end goal physique or movement numbers and just enjoy the journey.
6000kcal is solid commitment, good on you man, keep grinding. Make pilau rice. 6x300g servings for £1.40 max. Takes 35mins to make. Will save you a lot of money and time (two things you'll need at university/work life). Add butter into the rice when cooking, let it melt in. Add 2 tbs olive oil to each 300g plate of rice and you'll have around 600 kcal. Add some chicken/meat/vegetables
Big up, in the future can we see a video with more home cooked food of chef mom? And btw get some gel or something, your hair is always in your eyes :d

@Boven pasta isnt a protein source its a carb source a protein source is food like chicken, eggs, beef and nuts
@@Tendog05 all protein are counting
@Boven there is only 5g of protein for 100g of pasta not 12
@@Kylegil00 thats 100 grams cooked pasta.
Obviously his pasta&pesto isn't a protein source. This is a calories source. This is why he calls it "beast meal for bulking" on a channel for skinny guys with fast metabolism.
I can barely eat 3000 and my guy is eating strongman’s diet !
lol
3k with good food is a lot harder than 6k with trash food like a bar of chocolate.
for example his pot of pasta + sauce was at 1700 kcal he said.
for comparison: my food for lunch was ~1800 kcal.
this included:
- 550g chicken
- 400g Broccoli
- 350g of pepper sauce (Knorr)
- 235g (uncooked) basmati rice
It's almost the same in calories but 1. will keep me sated for a lot longer and 2. has way better nutrients than a bit of pasta with some pre-made sauce.
TL;DR: calories aren't calories.
strongman dont eat this much shit
Highly Reactive strongmen eat relatively healthy considering, he is eating shit. 6000 calories and isnt even close to necessary protein intake
For people who have issues getting enough calories in during the day(and perhaps OP too), here's a simple 1000kcal shake you can drink 1-2 times a day, that contains 60-80g of protein.
Ingredients are as follows:
2 scoops of oats.
Series is sick man. So relatable. Keep up the good work.
is this routine done daily or only on the days you record?
Otis The Cow it's impossible to consume 6000 calorie daily .. he's fooling
Rishabh Singh he’s bulking. It’s for a short period of time.
Rishabh Singh Dorian Yates would eat 7000 calories a day in off season. Some strong men eat 10,000 calories daily.
Ok this guys metabolism must be through the roof because if I ate like I that I would gain like... 8lbs in a week maybe
I ate 5k calories a day for 3 months straight, gained 1 pound by the end of it.

Appreciate it mate 👍
Miss living this lifestyle back in school :(.
I've struggled all my life to eat a lot because of gymnastics and exercise addiction. This videos was not inspiring to me though helpful. Thanks.
This dude said spaghetti carbonara 🤦♂️
I know, he got the entire thing wrong and then said pasta bolognese as though it's pretty much the same thing
Are you insane bro ... this is not a good diet. Also who cooks pasta like that
U put the pasta in before the waters boiling?!
When you cook pasta, first let the water boil, the add salt and pasta. Not all together man trust me
Watching this is so hard knowing that I’m losing weight , not gaining :(
Have you tried aggressively bulking?
start exercising, you'll get hungry. Trust me. Ive gained 2~3kgs in 2 months
Its crazy how you got so many subscribers just because of that one transformation video. I’m happy for you young man.
Mate honestly i prefer just random vlogging aswell in the day more than the training tbh
Awesome to hear, glad you enjoy it 👍👌
working out takes dedication, but THIS takes 30x more
mirin dedication but halve those calories or its gonna be 80% fat gains 20% muscle gains my man
Mrkoolguy991 its all about how fast your metabolism is. Some people can eat 5k calories a day and not gain weight
That's what I was saying cuz he barley had any protein he mostly and carbs and sugar
Wheyyy
Mrkoolguy991 Your right man I have a fast metabolism I can eat 4K and lose weight but last year I started eating 7 to 8k got to 18 stone I have the stretch marks to prove it faded a bit now not worth it lean bulking will forever be the best
John Smith 7-8k ok buddy
Just wanted to say that to cook pasta you have to put it in water after the water starts bobbing
@@waduhek7336 I should be eating about 2500 but I feel like I'm not even eating that, and I'm probably losing a ton of calories doing exercise
@@waduhek7336 Exactly man. I'll do a week where Im eating a lot and I reckon I put on some weight and then I lose the motivation and it goes downhill
when i started my journey in bodybuilding i was just a skinny dude like you. actually if your goal is to put on size, gain weight and in particooular gain muscles, you need to change strategy. at first you dont need 6thousand calories to bulk up, they're useless, your body and your musclen dont need that amount. when you wake up you can eat a pankake composed of about 100g of oats with 250ml of egg whits, and put honey on it.
I'm in a dirty bulking too... Gains everywhere

I'm doing a minicut now... LOL

The only thing you’ll get from this ‘bulk’ is gain fat and barely any muscle
And end up with a bunch of stretch marks
if he's getting enough protein and eating around a 300-500 calorie surplus he'll gain muscle..
@@thewhitetail1788 that is stated in the original comment. Of course he will gain SOME muscle.
@@3xceed ?? "barely any muscle" He'll make muscle regardless as long as he is getting the required protein and isn't exceeding 300-500 calorie surplus and he'll generally stay pretty lean.
TheWhitetail 178 he will gain more fat. Just because your in a surplus doesn’t mean you’ll gain quality muscle. Take into consideration if his training is even any good to stimulate growth. and quiet frankly all the shit he eats isn’t quality food at all so all that contributed. HE WILL GAIN MORE FAT
