You guys are idiots. He uses an electric kettle to boil the water because it boils it 10 times faster than a gas stove. But he cant cook the pasta in the electric kettle so he pours it in the pot. This saves him time and money (on gas). Again, you guys are idiots

@@jdh9983 Barbell curls looked good, but was just giving a little tip on the dumbbell curls. IMO, not supposed to move elbows (like being up against a wall). Definitely wasn't a strict curl, but not too bad.
HQVC I think it just looks that way because he brings his arm back a bit when he lowers the dumbbell, his upper arm is still perpendicular with the floor at the end of the movement

Renqs You can burn many calories from NEAT. You don’t have to exercise to burn off an unhealthy lifestyle you just don’t eat as much calories to make you fat. I would know because I used to be skinny and eat unhealthy as well.

with your deadlift form your straightneing yor legs before you straighten your back you need to merge those 2 movements together. Otherwise great tho ;)

I hope people realize this will not be them if they are just starting. If he was already bigger (muscles not fat) than he will gain mass very quickly. Your muscles sort of "remember" how big you were/they were and will grow back to that stage fast.
I work out an hour and a half every day of the week. I eat only two meals a day, at most 2000 calories and I still look fat. Most of it is down to genes, of which my family has poor ones.

You should revise your form on a lot of those exercices. OHP Hands are too close to each other, same for bench. Deadlift seems very imbalanced (leaning on one side)
Man just one thing You eat a lot of pasta, cook it in the correct way, put first water and only when it is boiling put pasta in it. I'm Italian and I can't see it cooked this way 🇮🇹

Watch the swing when curling, Slow range of motion with tucked in elbows, try lifting one at a time to concentrate on form. Keep at it, doing well!
