    Hey joe just a quick tip for the shake, blend the oats first to turn them into a fine powder. Makes the oats less apparent when you drink the shake.

      You can also pre-soak in the milk that you're using for the smoothie. Doctors told my dad when he went in for a colon cancer op a few years ago that raw oats are really bad for the digestive system as they can possibly get stuck in the colon linings and cause buildups of potentially dangerous tissue, and the pre-soaking makes them super soft and easier to digest than blended raw oats. Just my 2c :)

    That opening oh my lord YES. More of that please! Small skits like that really do elevate the quality of these video beyond just helpful into genuienly entertaining. I would love to see the day people are making "Joe Fazer Out Of Context" videos filled with moments like that.
    Also; an addition Breakfast Suggestion: Overnight Oats! Very easy to make (Just oats, milk and yogurt as the base), you can use protein powder for flavouring which really helps me with my protein intake for the day and best of all, you prep it the night before so you don't even have to do anything in the morning, it's already done for you.
    Bonus, this works for both bulks and cuts as you can just adjust the about of oats and milk, and thus the calories, to your liking.

    On breakfeast #3 you can also add olive oil ( or any oil you prefer) to the eggs to add even more calories to the meal.

    Its hard for me to eat a lot in the morning so i make my breakfast as a shake since i find it easier to drink, i basically use a mixture of oats milk bananas peanut butter and whey protein to in the shake to start my day now

      Basically a smart way to gain muscle. Bulking is not needed. If you are eating in a huge surplus you won't gain more muscle than if your diet is on your maintenance calories. You will just get fatter.

    For breakfast: 4 eggs and 200 grams of oats and a fruit . For lunch : 200 grams of rice 150 grams of chicken and boiled broccoli. Snack 100 grams of cashews and fruit or protein shake. Dinner: 300 gram steak and vegetables and large potato boiled. Second snack last meal : beef jerky banana milkshake . Eat this if you wanna bulk up

    glutamine and leucine. scrambled eggs 2 white 2 yellow with parmesan cheese. 45/50g scotts oats with blue milk. Try that for two week. 👍

    Ok I gotta throw a suggestion out there....
    If you need to pack in easy calories for breakfast, eat granola!! There is a brand called “bear baked” and it is literally 400 calories for a cup! Add some milk to that and u already have 550 calories in the morning. You can add whatever else you want on the side, like eggs, protein powder etc. but that is one of the best things that’s been helping me out.

    Wanna know an incredibly easy breakfast to make which fills you up nicely, tastes incredible, has about 15g of protein, is cheap and doesnt have too much sugar? Coco pops. If you're in the UK thanks to the sugar tax coco pops have a smaller amount of sugar and whilst it isnt the healthiest thing in the world it's also not as bad as it was before. Gives you a lot of good carbs, a fair amount of protein from the milk and if you're cutting just use skimmed milk and you can have a lot for like 300 calories whilst if you're bulking just use whole milk. Cereal boys, if you're pressed for time it's a good compromise.

    omelette making hack - preheat oven at 200 degrees celcius. cook bottom of omellete in frying pan and then stick it in the oven for a few minutes to save you flipping it. Or use the grill setting in the oven just to cook the top of the omelette, your choice. just make sure that if you have a platic handle on your pan that its oven save and won't melt lol.

    I’m still kind of a skinny guy, I have a real hard time gaining fat and a relatively easy time gaining muscle, I don’t know why, probably just genetics, but I also have a super fast metabolism and I’ve been bulking on 4500 calories for about a month. My weight just started plateauing around 155lbs and I’m 6’2 at 14 years old. What I do to eat more in the morning is just drink a couple glasses of water which helps expand your stomach and move your bowels which in return makes me hungry... Just a little tip to help anyone out there

      Man,it's ok to not eat a super high amount of calories,eat more protein and the weight will come.Trust me you don't want to gain too much weight too quickly,since most of it will just be fat

    Dude, first of all I will say that I really like your videos, and your ambition to accomplish your goals as well as the will power you have to make any changes in your life that will get you to where you want to be, that really shows that you're willing to do whatever it takes to get there and that is impressive and admirable. With that said, you really gotta watch Coach Greg's videos, all of this bulking will not get you any muscle, it is useless, your body will not store extra calories as muscle, it will store it as fat. You wanna get big fast, use steroids, but bulking and then cutting is a waste of time. Building muscle takes years, we need to stop spreading misinformation so that other people who want to get in shape will not do these mistakes. I really hope you read this, trust me it feels so good to stop force feeding yourself.

      Erm...."you wanna get big fast, use steroids". You need to check yourself before posting stuff like this. Joe has a super fast metabolism at the moment and is doing regular training. He needs his calories. I get your point about coach Greg and agree with you - in general bulking (substantial calorie surplus) just adds fat to most of us in the end, but in Joe's case he just needs to keep doing what he's doing - he's making fabulous progress. No need for steroids dude.

I get what you're saying but this is coming from a guy who also has a flash like metabolism, I'm an ectomorph just like Joe, I cannot get fat, when I was bulking I was in a 500-600 calorie surplus, and I didn't get fat at all, maybe just a bit, but if I did, I dropped all of the extra weight in less than a week. After I stopped I didn't shrink, hell I look way better than before. Joe will not shrink unless he goes on a crash diet or starves himself. And about the steroids, it's true, you wanna speed things up and get to your maximal genetic potential asap and beyond, use steroids, if you don't you will have to be patient, you will get there but it will take years, slow and steady.

    I know what it’s like being skinny I am skinny myself and since gym stopped for quarantine I definitely didn’t feel any better but since gyms been back up I’ve been eating 3.5 - 4K calories a day and a protein shake I recommend is oats peanut butter milk mass calories protein powder and any type of nuts and milk

    Every morning for me it's 70g PB, 80g rolled oats oatmeal, and 4 eggs scrambled in Kerrygold. Works wonders.

    Breakfast is the first meal of the day, it’s not eaten only at a set time. So if the first thing you eat at 4pm, that is considered your breakfast

    I like making coach Greg’s french toast and adding peanut butter...or 2 egg whites, 1 egg, cheese, oatmeal with protein powder, trail mix, berries, peanut butter, and sometimes some honey

    Very random, but PLEASE heat up uour tortillas on a skillet before filling them with anything and eating. Make sure they're HEATED while you're eating them.
    Sorry just a Mexican in the comment section who always dies a bit when he sees that (tortillas taste better when they're crunchy IMO. Also when you heat them up they may have some slight browning, but they tear and break less when bending after they're heated up).

      Elvis Jusufovic remove the white bread and use 100% whole bread. Remove the added sugar and use sweetener instead.
