Hey Joe a suggestion, Whenever you try to implement diets of bodybuilders,strongman,powerlifter,etc try to fit it according to your body . Like most of these guys are heavy af so try to eat macros according to your weight. For eg if Eddie eats 500gms(hypothetical) of protein and he weighs 164kgs that means he eats around 3grams per kg so you should try to eat around 3grams of protein per bodyweight in kgs,eg: if you i.e Joe Fazer weighs 70kgs you should be eating around 210grams of protein(this is just a hypothetical example do your own research). This is same with other macros as well.
Try to improve your lifts week on week, session on session and pay yourself on the back each day you smash your diet. Everything will fall into place after that bro.
Try ditching the dairy brother, myself and people I know stopped and skin got alot better. All bodies are made differently and have different needs. Thanks for making great videos. Hope the advice helps🦎
I know I’m a bit late to this video but Eddie specifically says alit that cardio is key he says it to his son and when he was training for strongman he would do lots of swimming as he fell in love with it since he was a teen. Also he as of right now does kick-boxing
