I don't think so, it fits over the driver side speaker for the third gen. There are other HUDs that are universal that plug into the OBD port. You could wire it similar by running it down the dash near the driver side speaker

Does this unit interrupt the sound coming out of that speaker?
I adjusted the balance slightly, but other than that I can't tell any difference. It does have openings for the speaker.
