Didn't you tour a house that was very similar to this one but flipped layout? This one has a better scullery and kitchen. That said, I don't think that I'd want to see a giant stainless fridge from my living room or right around the corner from the foyer. I'm sure that could be hidden by panels that match the rest of the kitchen.
I dont think i did, but i tour so many it could be possible. It definitely wasn't this one tho. I've toured several of this builders home.

Always appreciate your detailed videography LaTonya. The primary suites bathroom is everything. And I see the builder had a couple "subtle" mic drop feature in this home, one being all the door handle, they look like they are made out of marble, which is a very nice and different touch you don't see (I haven't seen) in any other home like that. The other is the wood trim in the enclosed deck, and the wood looking tile in the jack and jill bathroom. And finally nothing said you've moved on up like George and Weezy like a chandelier in your HALF BATH!!! 😂 Excellent video as always.

The way you're showing the house is a little flimsy,,,, when you enter the foyer , first no need to spend time on a closet, also Walls and ceilings are very much the same everywhere,,😊!,,,,, GO Straight to the living area and the kitchen that's what matters,then you show everything else from there,,,, a house is beautiful for two reasons,,,, the way it's built and the design, that includes the furniture,you can build $ 5 millions houses if you can't put nice furniture it's worthless....!!!!!
