Spectacular!
Good God! Million Dollar house in a million dollar neighborhood. Muy bien!
I agree Sir 😊
Gorgeous home.
Smh, Never disappoint do you LaTonya. Love that home, with all the natural sunlight that shines in, and that front door (and side panes) are as wide as a garage, sheesh love it!
One of my favorite. Thanks 😊
Nice Home

Nice thorough tour, but there sure do seem to be some questionable design decisions in this house for 2.5M.
1) There's no definition (separation) to the dining area other than the chandelier above the table. Given how much space is allocated to the foyer and the stair landing area, it would seem to me that there could have been more definition/specialness to the dining space, even if it were left open plan.
2) If you are going to have a scullery, why not put the clean-up area back there (dishwasher). Instead, it's in plain sight of the dining and living area. That and the other under counter appliance aren't even hidden on the back side of the island out of sight. So strange. That Scullery is more like a glorified pantry with a fridge in it.
On the plus side, I'm a huge fan of that covered back porch with its own powder room.
