There is no way that"small bedroom" off of the kitchen is a bedroom. There isnt even a closet in there that I could see anyway. Way over priced

I like the inside - it has lots of extras and the kitchen & scullery are perfect. Even has room for extra freezers in the garage. I personally would tear out the foyer wet bar - Welcome to my home, I'm a drunk, doesn't work for me. A simple fabric bench will fit there nicely. NOW the outside has NO CURB APPEAL. It looks institutional not really modern. It needs help but not sure what to do about it. Love the large lot. Can do a lot with that yard. Nice home though.

Nice, but i do not want to share my closet space with the bathroom. Nor do i want to share my kitchen with the living room space and i dont much care for laundry room upstairs unless its over a garage. Im gonna have to one day build my own home. But you do fabulous work.
