First video that I've watched of yours and I just have to say thank-you. I appreciated how the filming was slow enough for me to actually see the spaces but not too slow that I got bored. Also very good taste in the music. Very professional.

Excellent video LaTonya, this is another great home that the builder put excellent attention to detail down to the smallest things like matching the heating/cooling register to the floor color in the owner bathroom as well as throughout the house. I've seen other builders not put as much thought into those small things and go with a standard basic color making it stick out like a sore thumb.

Well look whose back at home base from N. Va, with another stunner!! I loved that office view, including the step to get to the deck. And like the last one you showed, this one furniture compliments the home well. Now that Owners suite bathroom is quite the expeditionary place to do your exhibitionist showings in there 🤣🤣. And the club room, and then the media/study were definitely nice touches to this home. Job well done, and welcome home! Oh and I meant to ask you , .... What was up with the buttons on the wall, in the en-suites water closet?

I don't understand why the builder didn't make a better transition from the breakfast room to the porch. There could have been a pair of French doors or a slider that would provide more visual connection and not make the porch feel so isolated.

Is homeowners insurance as high as Florida? I love AR homes, but want to downsize to something much smaller.

Okay Okay OKAY LaTonya!!!! How many times can I say I'm envious of some of these EXCEPTIONAL homes you show. You always manage to find homes with some of the booziest powder rooms 😂, and the kitchen island, smh I'm hear for it. And nothing says you've arrived like custom wood trim in your garage door entrance lol. And why does the basement look like most peoples formal living rooms ....... the BASEMENT (in a screeching voice) lol lol. Excellent excellent video, I know I say all the time, but I mean it all the time, you cover every detail in these homes!
