I've given up thinking you've out done yourself LaTonya, HOWEVER I will say that you hit a pinnacle today (FOR ME), this is my ultra modern is my FAVORITE type of home and this is the type I hope to be able to own one day (of course not at this price point lol) but a style like this. The primary suite is definitely on point, but that unfinished bedroom around the has me speculating that it could be the game changer, heck it looks like it could/will be an alternate primary suite sheesh. Well done as always!

Hi Latonya! Hope you’re doing well! Just wanted to say this house is GORGEOUS!!! Would have loved a finished basement but I still think it has a very decent amount of space & lots of storage which is important. Storage in Kitchens & pantries & bedroom closets with enough racks & space. Also wanted to say & tell you I discovered your home channel not long ago & your tours are AMAZING!!! Such a good job you do!!! Love the music & steady pace of your videos that shows us everything without jarring us all around like so many seem to do. Plus they talk which is fine but they ramble about their lives & say too much about everything & their opinions which is fine but you can’t form your own opinions about it sometimes. You could probably tour the whole phone book & not make us dizzy A-Z and we’d watch & be so impressed,lol.

I would also buy a home you showed but the only problem is I live in CT & don’t have 2 or 3 million dollars. Don’t make a lot right now because of health issues. But truly enjoy watching lovely home tour for ideas if I win the lottery or something. Again thank you & especially enjoy your home tours probably more than all the others combined.

Very very nice. Spacious with lots of storage. I wish at least one oven was in the main kitchen and a staircase leading off the covered back porch. Finally, out of 5 full baths, I only counted one soaking tub - a bit of a missed opportunity there. All in all, really beautiful.
There's only one soaking tub. The soaking tub is normally in the owners suit unless there's 2 owners suite.
@@yourfavoriteraleighrealtor yes, that's the going trend these days. I'm a fan of baths but I also appreciate their usefulness in bathing young children, pets or soaking large items.
