    As your were making the omelette I felt like I was watching Bob Ross make an omelette. Some fluffy little eggs over, some crunchy bacon here. The omelette is your canvas, make it how you want it 😊. Great video Hussy!

I like to make a Southwest style omelet that consists of black beans, shredded mexican cheese, bacon or pork cubes and pico topped with a bit of hot sauce or green chili sauce. Sometimes I'll throw some sour cream on it too if I'm in the mood for it. Thanks for sharing and we are looking forward to the next one.

    • @thehungryhussey

    I have what’s possibly a dumb question but in my defense I haven’t been cooking all that long. I’m very odd when it comes to eggs being undercooked, so after you fold it, how do you know when it’s done on the inside? There’s no internal temp to check like there is chicken 🤷🏻

    • @thehungryhussey
      @thehungryhussey  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      You likely could temp it and that would work. Typically after the fold and flip, it's done. Just a little more cooking to get things warmed up.

    What’s your salsa recipe?

    • @thehungryhussey
      @thehungryhussey  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      It's nothing special really.
      3-4 roma tomatoes sliced in half
      3-4 tomatillos sliced in half
      1-2 jalepenos sliced in half
      3-4 garlic cloves
      1 onion sliced sliced in quarters
      Put those under the broiler or grill for char.
      Put it all in food processor with bunch of cilantro, salt, and pepper.
      Taste and adjust.
