Just finished my hat! Thank you, Denise.
your voice is so soothing and I always come back to your beginners' burgundy knit/purl hat as a refresher (but I'm wild and crazy and use worsted on a small-spaced, many-peg loom and knit 2 purl 2, my favorite :). You taught me a very valuable skill.
I really need to get a bulky yarn 😍😍 Thank you for each tutorial ❤️❤️❤️
This is so cute. Heading to find some chunky yarn now for my daughter! 💙💛💙

Beautiful and Stunning! That is only gripe I have about thick yarn is closing the top of the hat! Other wise I love how fast they go and how warm they are!

My loom
Is only 40 pegs is it still possible with this type or does it lose the shape?
What a beautiful stitch!! I think I might use it to make an afghan at some point. After all my other projects I think I might do too Hahahaha
Love this hat!! Thank you...❤
Yay! Thank you VERY much ! 🙂💛💛
Nice definitely going to make one
so pretty. sharing it on facebook right now :)
Lovely work. Thank you.
Thank YOU for the thank you😘! Cheers!
Merci pour votre vidéo. Aucune explication en Français, c'est vraiment dommage. Ça m'a fait plaisir de voir que vous avez mis une croix sur votre tricotin. Bravo ❤️❤️❤️👍👍👍
Awesome!!!!
I made this hat today, it's adorable 😊
Nice to watch this,thanks
Glad you enjoyed it 🌼
Thank you for sharing this and making the instructions easy to understand. I'm new to knitting but I think I can do this.
You can do this! Denise is a great teacher, her videos are so easy to follow, especially for beginners 😊
You CAN do this Brooke. This pattern is beginner friendly but Please come back and let me know if you have any issues.
Denise's videos are always great, I agree. I'm a new loom knitter too😁
You're amazing!
Wow, thank you!
Thank you will add to my list
i love this pattern
Thank YOU Regina !!!
I love this pattern and I have made a few in different colors. I adapted that to a chunky Flexee. I prefer when it is more like Beret, so I use 52 pegs and the brim is UK3, P1, the rest is the same as in the video. This gives me the "mushroom" look I like. Thank you for your creations and videos sharing your knowledge.
It would be great to see you experimenting with the Flexees .
That’s for the idea .. I have a Flexee but it’s not common and I try to knit with looms that everyone can afford and most ppl already have.
Thank you ❤️
I am love love loving this stitch!! Gonna make a hat soon. Do you have a tutorial on an infinity scarf using this stitch yet?
I love your videos!! You may have talked about your markers before but I haven’t heard about them Can you explain a little bit about how you use them please.
Would a garter stitch work for the brim? Great video, your instructions are clear & easy to follow. Thank you
I love, love your videos...Thank you very, very much.
Do you have a video for this stitch for a scarf?
My hat came out perfect, I love it, thanks
Another beautiful project!
Denise..do you know of a way to loom knit with pooling colors so that the pattern actually turns out?
thank you
I love watching your tutorials. Can i use #5 yarn for this.
Is it possible to use a finer gauge loom and thinner yarn? Just increase rows accordingly?
Love how easy it is to follow you. Do you have one for a popcorn stich beanie?
Very excited to try this stitch. Love the look of it. Your instructions are spot on. Thank you so much 😊
Thank YOU for the Thank you Cathy !
Hey Denise, first and foremost I LOVE your videos. You are the greatest teacher. So easy to follow. Second, I've been trying to find your stitch markers on your etsy site but I cant find them. Do you still make them?
How many rows would you recommend for a regular sized hat? I love the slouch look, but a few people I am making hats for prefer the traditional fit.
Thanks for persisting in making these vids. It ain't easy when you have ADD (or ADHD), which I think I have, too. Because of your small, easy projects, I made 2 baby blankets, 3 cowls, 6 hats and finished a 42-inch long blanket in the past (really rough) 2 months. If you can plow through ADD, so can I.
:-)
Your comment has touched my heart deeply. THANK YOU SOooooo much !!!!
Will this pattern work on even peg loom? I want to make a hat for a smaller child however the looms I have are even numbered. Thanks! I love following your patterns
Thankyou for the video. Sorry, I can't find where you show us how to tighten up the cast on row. Can you show me where the link is please? Thank you. The pattern is lovely.
Denise where can I find the pattern for the cowl? Thank you!
Do you have a video on the Hacked Flat Drawstring Cast Off?
Hi just stumbled across this video the loom I have is 40 peg so the last 2 pegs should I unwrap them purl or do 2 purls
What if I use 48peg loom, do I need more yarn, and how would I adjust the pattern
Do I have to use a 41 peg loom?
Would this stitch still look as good with lighter weight yarn?
hey my friend you are a good teacher because I have never done this before but I am going to give it a try my friend wish me luck my friend. hey do you know of any more books I can look up on the web if so please let me know my friend. your friend rick Lopez
How many skein of yarn did you use?
love the way this looks. if i try to do this in a flat panel, will it have the same look?
It does, here is a project knitting flat th-cam.com/video/blPItx3b1qg/w-d-xo.html
How Nanyang rows do you make the cowl. Do you have video for that. Love your videos. Thank you
I can't wait to make this hat today... It's cold out, I have yarn, and a 41 peg loom..
Do you have a way to show you our work when completed??
I've made a few items under your instructions, and would love to share..
Thank YOU Tag me on Facebook, Instragram or Twitter @Loomahat
got two questions. 1) can I do in 24 pegs loom? 2) for baby how many rows?
If I wanted to make this for a child(I got so many compliments on mine) how long would you recommend. She's 4
Can I use this pattern on the KB 3/8inch loom .
Am I able to use a small baby loom for this pattern? Will it still look the same? Sorry I am very new to this!
What's the size of the pompom did you use?
This is wonderful. Do you have a tutorial for the cowl?
No -sorry. The written instructions are in the pattern www.etsy.com/listing/653742610/
Question: do you use the KB s shaped Afghan loom? If so, are you planning any tutorials?
I read that she has KB's Afghan loom but hasn't used it, yet. I made 1 dog blanket and 1 42"-long blanket and recommend KB's ergonomic hook to make working "inside" the loom easier (the "holes" inside the figure 8).
Equate Bond is spot on - I have the loom and have had it for many years - I try to stick to the sames looms 41 and 24 mostly so that folks don't have to spend money in order to do my patterns.
@@LoomaHat I would also love if you did a video for the KB afghan loom, maybe you can save it from impending doom... I hate working with it because there are no videos that really are that helpful anywhere and well, I very much enjoy your videos as they are so easy to follow and I can't get enough of your videos.
I will consider it - thank YOU!
May I ask where you found your stitch markers, please?
