This project can curl on the end - to clear that up consider blocking. Here is a video: th-cam.com/video/THNi1KkmRUg/w-d-xo.html

Thank you so much for what you do. I’m 22 and suffer from multiple anxiety disorders as well as major depressive disorder; and a friend suggested I try looming after I simply couldn’t learn to crochet. Despite the fact I’m broke, I picked up a set of looms and I’m honestly so happy! I can just snuggle somewhere warm and watch videos; and I adore making things for people using my negative emotions. Hopefully, someone else will like something I’ve made and it’ll make them happy! Thanks to your videos, I’ve made several hats, basic scarves (next attempt is this detailed one!) and well on my way to making a blanket! My anxiety is better, though I have noticed if I run out of wool I’m very “twitchy” until I get my hands on some more! But I’ve been feeling so much better and thank you so much. I’d never have been able to learn without this amazing channel!

Hello..I hope things are going better for you. I just wanted to let you know that I make beanie hats and donate them to homeless shelters...in different sizes. You can use the acrylic yarn and I get mine on Amazon Prime, so they are shipped fast. I have found yarn as low as $3 a skein but try to get size 5 and 6 works best. I wish you all the best.

Sorry that you have to deal with those conditions, I'm also diagnosed with major depressive, generalized anxiety and PTSD and I agree that crafting is a really great way to sort of find your emotional sweet spot. I just wanted to encourage you to keep going and to be patient and loving to yourself. I'm proud of you!!💯🖤😍🤗

Hello Bean, I suffer from bipolar, anxiety disorder, PTSD and OCD. Like you I am broke and get twitchy when I run out of yarn.
I watch a lot of videos and have started a notebook with different patterns and stitches, there are so many stitches out there .. I had no idea.
Looming is so calming for me. And when I have to leave the house a project ALWAYS goes with me.
God bless you for sharing and it makes me happy to know that there are others out there like me. 👍 💗🙏

This is my first knitting project ever. As a person who also has ADHD, I have an over exaggerated million hobbies and crochet is one of them. I learn most of my hobbies on TH-cam and I usually go through multiple videos to learn because people just aren’t good at explaining, go to fast or a mixture of the two. I want to give you a HUGE thank you for your contribution with this video. Your instructions are so clear, your statements are super informative, sharing your information on what mistakes you’ve learned along the way and ways to correct it before it happens. This video shouldn’t have any dislikes at all. I just had to take the time to say something because this is a job very well done. Thank you a million. ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Thank YOU Mary - I really appreciate that you took the time to leave your comment. 😘 I wanted to add that if I could do the video over I would add that you will need to wet or steam block the project. Omg! This video is fantastic. So I just completed the drawstring bag from the Tuteate page (Denise, I’m still loyal to you! 😂) but the bind off was too tight. My Mum, who doesn’t loom knit unpicked the end knot and fixed it and then I came across this video. Loomahat really is the best as Denise addresses problems you may come up against and this video is why I love Loomahat!!! I’m about to start my Fire Scarf project (Yellow, Orange then Red) and I’ll be following this video. 🧶💜

I am confused on th last pegs at each end. I don't understand if I skip those pegs every time after my initial cast on? Is it possible to get written instructions? I keep messing up on those last two pegs. I have ripped it off so many times I've lost track. I keep waiting to see what you actually do but you skip to the formula so I'm not sure if I do not use the pegs on each end at all. Is it possible to get written instructions? If so please just tell me how to get them. I really want to do the scarf on the round loom with this wrap. I didn't care for the results with the figure-eight wrap. Thanks in advance for your help.

Perfect lesson! Thank you! I made my first hat last weekend watching your video over and over again, and I am now making my first scarf. The plan is to start a reading/knitting club at my middle school in Santa Ana, California. I want my students to get off the phones and learn to do something creative and useful as we read and talk about our reading. Thank you again for being such a great teacher.

LOVE IT LOVE IT LOVE IT - Maria Lucia thank you nothing greater then teaching the youngens - here is a scarf that I would recommend over this one because it won't curl and so you don't need to block the fabric : www.loomahat.com/garter-stitch-scarf-round-loom/ - and as they get better here is a so cute easy doll project they might enjoy : www.loomahat.com/comfort-dolls.

This is filmed using a view that puts the work right in front of you which is the only way I can learn, really excellent. I'm 70 and thought I'd try my hand, and brain, at handlooming, first with your baby hat video and now this one. It is a blast! Many thanks to you and also my appreciation in regards to your excellent videos.

+Marilyn Brown With the knit stitch and you don't add a purl - the sides roll - you can steam block the fabric. Here is my favorite video: th-cam.com/video/xWyOk1a8fyY/w-d-xo.html

Excellent video tutorial. I had never loom knit before and failed miserably at knitting with needles, so I was a bit hesitant to give this project a try. Loom knitting is far easier than I thought it would be and I think it's fun and relaxing. I made a 70 inch long scarf in one weekend. I have since sent looms and yarn to several family members and encourage the to give it a try. Thank you very much!!

Hi-I hope you get this message. I am making this scarf now. Mine as I am looming, on the round loom, the sides are curling. Looking at yours, I did not see this happening. Is this normal until I block it when finished with the length? Just want to make sure before I loom knit more. Thank you. Love your videos and have made lots of things by loom knitting along with you. Lastly, I am following all your instructions and have not been pulling the yarn tight.
