Fabulous 🎉. My granddaughter hasn’t worn any of the hats that I’ve made her. She saw the clip with the teaser for this hat. She wants this hat so now I’m gonna start and finish Tuesday night because Wednesday she turns 7. She gets to open my presents before school along with her special breakfast. Thank you Darlin her Birthday will be full of Love
Hello Denise. I love , love this hat. I bought the pattern and made one on the 36 peg loom . It is beautiful. Now I am starting the 41 peg 3 color hat. I started looming in 2017-2018. That is when I started following you. I have learned so much over the years. I took a break for awhile to explore other crafts. But I always come back to looming for hats especially. With 5 great-grands, they are always happy to get a hat from GG. Your work is impeccable, and you always give instructions. Thanks for sharing. Happy looming to you, and I will be watching .❤
Fitst, you know how much a love, Love, LOVE a maker that gives. I'm super happy the grands apprecaite the treasures and I totally appreciate your support of my little store. Thank YOU !!!!!!! 😊💛😘 ... there's more on the way so stay TUNED!
Thank you, Denise, for all your help! I watched your video and then bought the pattern from your store. I finished knitting this hat before bed. Just need to finish the ends and add a pompom today. My niece will love this.
I only loom hats four or five times a year, I make them for the winter to keep my head warm and give me something to do when it's so cold Hell isn't the only thing freezing over. But the scissors on your site? Those I can use all year long. Awesome.
I have always wanted to learn to knit. But, wasn't able to master handling the needles. But, you have given me a way to care for my need to knit by showing me how to loom knit. Thank you soooo much!
i have been watching your videos for years. i love the patterns but i REALLY love the tips & tricks you show us. whether it's how to tighten the stitches at your cast on row or (in this video) how to hide that "line" when you are weaving your ends in. thank you so much!
❤ I love your videos, you have inspired me to loom knit, I always look forward to what you are posting, I think you are an amazing person, a great tutor
Hi Denise I Love this Hat pattern, I’m a bit confused on the stitch after the brim? I thought you mentioned that it is a U wrap stitch and then it turns out to be a Ewrap stitch. I probably missed heard you. I want to make the larger 41 peg hat for my grandson, because it would stretch out more with the brim you designed that hat. I made him a loom knit hat last year but it was too small for him. I want to make my granddaughter one also, I’m thinking she needs the medium size one. Where can I find a place to look up on how to measure there heads for the right size hat. Thank You so very much for Sharing your Knowledge and Inspiration and Beautiful Patterns
I love the pattern of this hat so much I bought it yesterday and finished my hat today. I absolutely adore the way that it looks, but I find that even using bulky weight (6) yarn the stitches are loose enough that I have gaps in my hat when it's stretched a bjt, so I don't think they would be very warm for winter. Do you have any recommendations to correct the gapping issue and make the stitches a bit tighter?
First thank you soOOOoo much for the support. If you still find that the hat has gap, consider getting a smaller gauge loom. I like the 5/8 because it is the most common and it's affordable for everybody. KB and Cindwood have awesome small gauge looms. To be able to use the chunky you can't go down too low. Cindwood has GREAT customer support. Send them a message and they will suggest the best loom.

I just started loom knitting three weeks ago and I'm addicted. I can't wait to start on this one!
The tri-color is the most beautiful one. I hope you try one and are super happy with the results. 💛

Hello Denise! Another wonderful tutorial. I have the kb round looms that are 5/8 gauge with 24, 36, and 48 pegs. Will i be able to do this pattern?
Hi Cathy 🌼 Yep they will work perfectly. My looms are also 5/8.
@@LoomaHat oh! Ok! Great. Thank you
can I use the true knit instead of the ewrap ?
The size of the hat will be very different.
Does it matter which side you start from? I am right-handed.
I’m also right handed.. but no, the side doesn’t matter.
Thank you. 😊
