    It's been a long time, but here is my totally biased travel guide to Tokyo, Japan! I know a lot of you guys are visiting this year since the borders are open, so I hope you guys enjoy this video :)
    I tried my best to curate the places and not gatekeep any of my current faves. Maybe I can make an updated cafe recommendations list in the future? Who knows. ;)
    Just a quick disclaimer, I am by no means hating on staying in areas like Ueno, Asakusa or Oshiage. Personally I were to travel to Japan for a short time, I would want to stay in a place with more action and less commuting.

    Hi, Heidi. I honestly love the way you broke down everything. I have watched tons of videos of Japan, and this one was by far one of the most helpful ones for Tokyo, etc. You rock for making this, and I just subscribed, so I'm loving it. I'll be going in May and leaving in Mid June, so I look forward to visiting every place you've mentioned. Do you have any recommendations on outfits/clothing to wear? I must admit that I am really on the elegant fashionista style of dressing, so I am looking for tips :) Also, I know June is the rainy season, I live in Florida so I know all about that, but usually when in June does it rain the most?

    • @heidisarol
      @heidisarol  ปีที่แล้ว

      Hi Kassandra! Thank you very much for your comment. 😊
      I will always recommend sneakers when traveling to Japan. Since the weather that time isnt too hot (YET) I think jeans and a sleeveless top will do as long as you bring a light jacket cause you never know. Closer to your trip, I recommend checking out AccuWeather to get a better idea of how its going to be. 💖 Hope you have a great trip! Theres so much to look forward to! 🥰

    • @heidisarol
      @heidisarol  ปีที่แล้ว

      Hello! It really depends on where youre coming from. I think that the Kamakura and Enoshima is good value for money but you'll have to start quite early since there's tons to do an see in both areas. I would start with Enoshima since its an island and then move to Kamakura in the afternoon.
