looks like my willys with a 283 chevy block , standard trans,geared to low for the chevy block. Took the kids to witney and multiple hunting trips. finally blew the trans gear box at VANDENBERG AIR FORCE base in cali. had it with collection of K.5 blazers ,356 pors. what good memories we had in that willys 2021 🙋‍♂️ 🦅🦅🦅👌👍🏾 fz

I have my Willys Wagon Made in Brazil, 1965. Still healthy powered by a Nissan Diesel engine.

Nice Willy's. I had one when I was in high school just to play in the woods. It was rusty but trusty. I found a 2 wheel drive body that was a panel in good shape and changed bodies. The steering column was better shape in the donor so I used (tried to) it. I changed it at the gearbox because it was different. I didn't realize how different until I tried to drive it. I would turn the wheel left and it would go right and vice versa. I took it for a ride with it that way out the country road I live on and it was quite a trip. I didn't go far and came back and changed it. I sure would like yo have another good one to set on a S10 frame for a daily driver. Thanks for the memories.
