It's great to see that you truly use and have adventures on rough and scenic roads with your'60 wagon but yet you don't beat the livin' H out of it. I've watched many of your vids, good camera work, fun to tag along for the ride. Whew, those old flat fender jeeps get put to some severe service. Thanks for posting your vids.

That is a 50's willys, 60 and later had one piece glass front and back, not uncommon to get titled years off. I love my 49, AMC 401 6 year body off build

1960 was a transition year. '59 and earlier wagons had the high domed roof and split windshield/tail gate glass. '61 and later had the low ribbed roof, and one piece windshield/tailgate glass, and the "7" shaped body trim. My mid year '60 wagon (confirmed by vin number) has a little bit of both. It has the skinny body trim, low ribbed roof and the split glass. Apparently the factory used up the parts stock of the earlier design during the transition. My son's wagon seen in this vid is a '51, you can see the difference in the roof design. I've seen a number of 1960 wagons in this configuration over the years. You are right though, lots of dealers sold these and titled them in year of sale instead of year of manufacture, and over the years many of them have been altered especially the windshield glass. The late production one piece glass is much more expensive, so lots of them have been converted to two piece.
