Cool video.
Lidsman2221 buckets with teeth are more for rocks and gravel. When laying pipes you use these buckets which are called grading buckets to dig a grade for the pipe to fall in or sit on a flat surface. Buckets with teeth tear the ground up. Also if you're excavating and there's possibility for other lines buried you have a better chance of feeling them before you pull them up. Teethed buckets rip everything up. I run machines sometimes myself and I live in Louisiana, United States.

you have no idea what you are talking about. thats a ditching bucket for clean up. LOL.
@@timz7171 ya, that's pretty much what he said. I have heard them called everything from a clean out bucket to grading bucket, trench bucket, ditch bucket, gravel bucket, and more.
beautifull work
Nice back fall on your tee!
how much you have paid the operator of the excavator
para la proxima ubica mrjor el angulo de la camara para ver los movimientos de los mandos de la excavadora pero buen video saludos desde del Perú :) y es desde chimbote
How far down is the ground frozen? That does not happen where I live in the United States. The buckets that you are using do not have any teeth. I have not seen that before here either. Thanks for the video.
Hello lidsman, im from Sweden, and also a excevator operator, here in Europe we dont have same ground as in the States, and we often do several diffrent jobs with rototilts, so thumbs isnt a option, and to your questions about the ground and teeth,
1; Im sure it happens in US too that the ground freazes (vessel)
2; Why he didnt use teeth now is becasue the ground was pretty easy to dig in, and he was doing that job, so the normal bucket is perfekt for this kind of job, we do use teeth, but not on this kind of jobs
+ahosuryoyo hi im Australian and i want to move to sweden or at least go over and work for a while..i have been operating excavators & bobcats for over 5 years...could you point me in the right direction?
Quick change sure is nice to have eh
Nice video! I digging with the komatsu in Estonia
Can I work with you guys?
Just wondered how the bucket always goes back to the same place in the trench after dumping the load.
Is this the skill and experience of the driver, or is there some sort of electronic "stop" system to return the bucket to the trench position after every movement?
Yes there’s a button in the cab the driver pushes
experience
Why you change a bucket?
he does that because of different hights of sewer
Jaydee Verhoeven What do you mean??
the first cut is for working space, the second cut is for the pipe its-self and to minimise the use of pipe-bedding/gravel/sand etc should roughly have a 6" wall of sand gravel bedding etc around that size pipe(looks to be 9") for it to be safe for backfill/ground pressure/collapse ..............
Do you do gardens?
haha funny
no gravel no sand just cowboys and indians
digging in ice is not so nice... without teeth :oP
but the vid is nice... my friend
Shit, that aint frozen! Come to Canada and dig!

I hate those little trench buckets. Dirt packs in them too easy.
what is the ground worker saying at 6.24?
+Dave hawkins He's asking wether its a meter at a time they usually do
yyuyfq
Wtf that's what he was saying
Er det en meter vi plejer at køre?.. Meaning: Isnt it usually 1 meter we go for?
Many thanks Danny
Now I'm just a TH-cam watcher/listener because I'm totally blind but I think it would probably be easier to pull Visout with the teeth but that's just me good video though
backhoe could have done it
so could a bunch of Mexicans with shovels. what's your point
backhoe more useful then an excavator
+Gustav not with that big of a bucket it wouldn't be
DANUTA
Get some teeth on that bucket!
why? no need to
where's your teeth?
Not a tidy driver
Not good driver
