I recomend you all to set the textures resolution to low cause if you dont look from 5 cm you cannot spot any difference and with that you can put the foliage draw distance to like 200% and it looks much better

If your still stuck on this with an nvidia card, add the app "giants engine" to your 3d settings on nvidia control panel. Then turn on texture filtering - anisotropic sample optimization. Maybe put low latency mode on ultra and mess with your triple buffering settings too if that doesnt work but it did for me.
i do not recommend changing D3D_12 to D3D_11 on modern GPUs, you will lose some performance improvements modern gpus benefit from if you run the game in DirectX 11 mode rather than 12, so your game might actually run worse if you do this.

If your cpu isn’t really powerful lowering settings won’t help because lowering settings with this game means less load on gpu but the cpu has to work harder. I agree the game engine is trash!

Your config is much lower than minimum requirements of the game (you can open Steam game page and see it)..But I have Z590, i5-10600k, gtx1050ti and that piece of "game project" running at 35-40 fps on medium preset!! Just to compare: Cyberpunk 2077 running at 45-50 with Low-Medium preset)) So that's not our problem when developers can't add some optimization to game)

That would be called building or buying a desktop computer with an actual graphics card. No amount of settings changes are going to make up for severe hardware shortcomings.

60fps is a limit, if you want more fps, go settings and find Framerate
From 5 fps to 35 nice.

The additional graphics settings helped me boost my fps from 75 to 120-130 average fps on the same map.
from about 20fps to 25-50 depending on where i am. For me its playable, a bit annoying but playable

It is most likely the shader catche rebuilding itself after a change in the graphics settings.

But you should try raising your settings again and try to live with it also limiting fps to a playable number like 30 will give a smoother experience

Run around and let your shaders download if that doesn't work let it sit when you load for like 10-15 minutes

If your on a laptop and cant open it with F2 (Volume down key) Press FN+F2 and that should work!
