    This is a fun and effective routine that strengthens the core, improves balance, and strengthens the lower extremity muscles that are so important to maintain if you have Parkinson's. This is a challenging routine so have a chair or stabilizing object nearby to grab onto if you lose your balance. It may take a few viewings and practice sessions to properly perform this drill, but it's worth the work! It will make you feel better.
