Hello design champs! Today I went through five of your logo designs. I made a variety of large changes and small changes to them. It's so fun to see what you guys are working on! I'm not sure if all of my redesigns were a good direction, but hopefully, each designer can take at least one thing as an idea for their logo. Thanks for being here guys! I like how you always explain to us why you decide to change certain aspects of the logo. I don't know anything about graphic design so it is really interesting to hear your reasoning for the changes you made. I also admire that you always compliment and respect the original logo. :3

The vintage/curiosity store one is one of my fave Zimri logo makeovers I've seen cause it brings so much fun personality and handrawn illustration type quality too it. I love that look and technique. Subtle changes really can make a difference. Like I notice often the words are made thicker and it can really help.

I love that you don't barge in and try to impose your style on a project. You take the time to think about the end-user and their goal for the logo, and then allow your style to influence that approach.

Tyler Stewart that’s not what I saw, it was actually just specifically poles. They said only 2% of channels use them so they are getting rid of them

Yes but why they don't use the updated logos is beyond me. That first sticker company is still using their original crappy logo

I think for this tournament you should do a video recap at the end of each round (not each 1v1, just overall round) to let us know who won etc. last time it was kinda hard keeping track of who was still in, which designer had made which project, without extensively looking into the brackets and stuff.

@@klaudia._. From what I saw, in mid-June TH-cam is removing polls from cards. It made me so mad when I saw that announcement.

I've made a new logo in the last couple weeks and have updated it... I got rid of the heart even though it was such a cool feature on the last logo. It just didn't translate into my new logo. But the new one has a hidden "W" so that's cool!

I love what you did with the wolf, I like the gold however I think the color needs to be a little brighter. It’s such a thin font that I think it gets lost in the black. Other then that, this was a great improvement from stonebird gate! Great vid
I just discovered this channel last night, and this guy is such a chameleon. I binge watched like 20 videos, and every video he looks like a completely different person. I had to keep going back to his screen name to verify I was looking at the same channel on multiple occasions. I'm obsessed, though. I'm positive it's 40 similar looking people running this channel, but they're doing a fantastic job.

7:20 - While I don't always agree with your design ideas, that was SUPER good advice for redesigning the Antares logo. Sticking with a more subtle change absolutely is a better bet for actually getting the change to go through.

I'm a rookie graphic designer and love your videos. I think it would be cool if you had the keys you press appear in the corner of the screen so people can understand how you're doing what you're doing and better learn Illustrator.
