    I’m getting ready to do the brakes on my Touareg so this was super helpful! Doing pads, rotors, and a flush.

    Hi, thanks for the knowledge. I’m definitely going to do that on weekend on my 08 cayenne turbo. I just noticed that your cayenne turbo instrument cluster has small screen. I think turbo has coloured screen init.

    Porsche spec is to replace caliper bolts during caliper reinstall. It’s not mentioned here. They are less than $20 for the set @ Suncoast.

    Ok but should be draining from the bleed valves when compressing the pistons not pushing the worst fluid back into the system

    how to get out of jack mode? just turn the key on and lower the car?

    • @fcpeuro
      @fcpeuro  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      When you put the car back in drive and move it it will turn the mode off and begin to use your compressor again.

    I’d remove the set screw before the caliper… or at least crack it loose

    By applying anti-seize to the hub face you have degraded the hub to rotor friction that transfers the torque between the 2 parts. This places greater shear load on the lug bolts. This is just poor practice and can lead to a problems.
