i really like having both the beginner and the intermediate at the same time. i discovered i could do more than i thought i could! Great workout and fun to do it with you both.
I think this workout is great! A month ago i had to switch down a gear from more advanced rebounder workouts and have been wanting a good rebounder session at a decent length and pace to try to get back my rebounder "mojo" once again. Tbh i dont think i will ever return to advanced workout sessions as i feel beginners and intermediate classes give me a good workout and make me feel more energised and motivated anyway. Plus they are such fun!! Thankyou for all the time and effort you put into making these videos for the likes of me. Btw i have the two rebounders you are using in this video and use the bigger one for workouts with more kicks, jumping jacks etc.
I really enjoyed doing this one this morning, as I found it to be the perfect length, content and pace for me, having had a poor night's sleep last night and not feeling up to a faster-paced, higher-intensity rebounder workout. I felt more energised after completing it and really appreciate your rebounder sessions and how you present them - friendly and encouraging to everyone watching and participating. Many thanks, I shall definitely be returning to this one.

I started with the 9 minutes and progressed to now I can finish the 28 minutes and most of the 35. Minutes.. I love your series.. thank you for videos without the jumping that seniors can do. This routine is so pleasant, it swings both ways, beginner friendly and a lovely workout for an experienced bouncer. I found myself lost in the best way with this workout. It is definitely something I will keep coming back to. Thank you both ❤
Thank you for this one the faster pace is perfect for my age group of over 60’s I think it maybe the longest single one I have done usually put 2 together a slower one and then a slightly faster one I managed to keep up with Scot but it was great having you explaining what to do Clare or Clair 😅
