Thanks v much for making this video. I really enjoyed doing this one yesterday morning, I thought the length and content were just right to keep me motivated to finish it. I have the bigger version of the rebounder brand used in this video which I find makes it difficult for me to keep up at speeds more than approx 120 bpm, especially on some moves. I sink down quite a lot on the "down" jump which seems to cause what i can best describe as a "drag" that slows me down when on the upwards thrust. Hope this makes sense 🙂. This meant I couldnt quite keep up, so my moves were slightly out of sinc. Never mind, this didnt spoil my rebounder session and i feel safer using a rebounder with a bigger jump mat.
@@queenieedwards that’s fine and yes totally makes sense, the larger rebounders tend to be softer if there isn’t an option of stronger cords. I’m glad you still did this workout with me

Awww, lucky!! I wanna workout with JUNGLE BIRDS! All I have is my crazy dogs which have now started jumping on the rebounder DURING my workout! 😅
