Wow. I did it! I’m 69 and only started rebounding a few months ago. Maybe I can’t get as high as you do, and I needed to modify some moves, but I did it. I wanted to quit at twenty minutes, but I kept going.
I am almost 73 and started rebounding about 4 years ago. Modifying helps me too when my legs get tired. I push myself as much as I can, but you have to be safe and work up to the more difficult moves.i love this site!!!

I had to stop half way through to start the other video back up, but it works for me. I definitely prefer your videos with you including music, but I understand you are trying to please everyone! You are the BEST and I am so grateful for you!

Loved this format! Only did the first 20 minutes as I am slowly returning ftom an injury but this is perfect. I can adapt as my knee does not yet love all moves. I found a great 120 bpm rock & roll music video. I have really missed bouncing!
