@@TexasStyleCuisine I just subscribed and just finished watching another meal. You cooked with stargazers skillet the first time out of the box.. Looks good. Skillet as well
great recipe, I am new to the Dutch oven world, and i have a 12 inch Dutch oven that I am going to use for the first time this coming weekend. I saw your wonderfl video and just have to try this recipe for my first meal for the Dutch oven.
Chef Johnny, I don't know if you know this, but the Campmaid charcoal chimney is $45.92 at Amazon. FWIW, I just picked up a small Weber chimney off Amazon for less than $11.00. There are times when I don't hesitate to spend money and there are times when I just say, "Too expensive for me." Anyhow, another good video from "the Master."
Wow that is allot. On the CampMaid site they are $35 and I saw them on the Sportsman Warehouse site for $25. I inderstand getting the regular charcoal starters we have always used fot the price. I have always used them and still do. The smaller collapsable one is simply a convinience and for some that is worth the difference. Also there is a longevity issure. The CampMaid one is built out of thicker metal. But you are absolutely correct is it worth the extra money. Going to be posting this upon the cast iron group.

I'll try this next! What do you have for a folding metal wind break? I can see it at 14:47 in the video with the lid and the chimney sitting in front of it. What do you use for a metal table? Thanks!

Thanks for watching. If you have more questions just ask. If you can’t find the video let me know and I will get you the link.
