    Love jambalaya, did mine under arctic conditions. Was great to do but quit a battle to make a video from as the cold really gave me a hard time. Thanks for sharing and keep on grilling.

    So are you using coals on the top, too? The recipe page says to use 20, but in this video the only time you used a lid (after you put the shrimp in), it had no coals on top.

    What? No chicken? But it looked good. And I could tell it was cold and windy that day, so +5 points for difficulty.
