1 tsp Sugar
3/4 cup Curd
1/2 tsp Salt
1/8 tsp Baking Soda
POTATO FILLING:
2 tsp Oil
1/2 tsp Mustard Seeds
1 tsp Urad Dal
1 tsp Chickpeas Split
Asafoetida
1 tsp Cumin Seeds
2-3 Finely Chopped Green Chillies
2-3 Dried Red Chillies
8-10 Curry Leaves
1 Sliced Onion
1 tsp Finely Chopped Ginger
1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
3-4 Boiled Mashed Potatoes
Salt
