Ingredients:
For Dosa:
Rice flour -1 cup
Ginger -1 tsp
Coriander leaves - 3 tbsp
Chilli flakes -1 tsp
Salt to taste
Water - 2.5 to 3 cups
For Chutney:
Onion -1/2 cup
Tomato -1/2 cup
Red chilli - 4
Curry leaves - 12
Chana dal - 1 tsp
Urad dal -1 tsp
Garlic cloves - 12
Salt to taste
Red chilli powder -1/2 tsp
Tamarind paste -1/2 tsp
