My Mom was a *Fantastic Cook* Hubby used to Love her *Dosas n Sambar* So now I make them for him. *Lots Of Love n Blessings 🤗❤️ Always 😍🤗*
I never make dosa anymore after too many disappointing results. I tried this because I had this exact amount (well, I had 11/4 cups) of sooji left and wanted to finish it up. This dish was a revelation. Thank you for sharing.

Hi I m from south.. if you come to malnad karnataka, here dosas are prepared like papad. Full crispy and banana leaves are used to prepare those crisp papad structured dosas called tellevu, served with mango rasayanam.

We lived in Hyderabad when I was a kid, my neighbour's aunty used to make these plain dosa and had it with sabzi or rasam just like roti. They were also thick and very soft and not at all crispy. Thankyou for the amazing receipes chef. 👍🙏

We South Indians eat both soft and crisp dosas. I prefer the latter. Love your recipes, Ranveer. A great way of making the pan non-sticky is to rub oil liberally on it, heat it till smoking and then plunge into iced water. It instantly becomes non-stick. Wipe clean after every use or wash lightly with water after every use. Do the above process once in a while and you have an iron pan that works perfectly every time.
How coincidental, I made allam chutney last night :) Use byadgi chillies for colour, some coriander seeds, 3-4 methi seeds, some jeera - tastes awesome
