- In today's video, I am going to be showing you how to make the BEST @starbucks drink from home: THE SALTED CARAMEL CREAM COLD BREW. This is my favorite coffee drink & I posted a picture of my knock off cold brew on my IG Story (@sbispy, hehe) a few weeks ago and so many of you asked how I did it!

1 full pitcher heavy cream, 8 pumps vanilla. Shake well. Pour into a blender, add packet of salt, blend for foam. This is how it’s actually made at Starbucks :D easy to copy at home
Yeppp!! This is just 10 times easier and quicker! :) I like to make it this way when I'm in a rush... but if I have time to make my coffee, I'm using the nespresso and then blending together heavy cream, a little bit of milk, salted caramel syrup and a little bit of salt in my frother!

Just btw (from a barista) at starbucks they add the water because they make a concentrated cold brew, so they have to dilute it, so you don't have to worry about it when you buy store bought since it comes pre-diluted🤗
Sbux barrista here! This is my favorite drink too. Just FYI we use our vanilla sweet cream and add two small packets of salt to make the salted cold foam. And the vanilla sweet cream is made using vanilla and heavy cream
Vanilla syrup +heavy cream or vanilla ice cream + heavy cream
I have never tried it but kind of surprised people in this comment section like it. From what I read from other sources most say it is awful like the drinking sweetened coffee flavored ocean.
Heavy cream+ vanilla syrup and 2% milk is the recipe. Newish Starbucks barista here

1/2 tsp salt
1 pump salted caramel
1 tsp whipped Honey
Blend and pour soooooo good.
I got a Nespresso a few months ago and that's how I've been making my cold foam in the frother - but haven't thought of using honey. I will definitely try that!! Thank you!

I would’ve never thought to use cool whip! I used with milk & salted caramel syrup w/ a frother & it doesn’t have the same effect. Thank you so much ❤️
I was doing the same thing but it still wasn’t as thick as I liked it! Once I switched to cool whip, it gave me the closest consistency to Starbucks’ cold foam! 🥰
If you’re trying to make cold foam, use one part 2% milk, two parts heavy cream, and flavored syrup. The heavy cream changes everything but putting in the milk keeps it more liquid rather than frothing into whipped cream
Use heavy whip with some milk, it will be thick I promise

@@moonstonemamaa Really? I just like that it’s not burned like Starbucks’s coffee is. The beans they use are burned when they get them.
@@SusanSnapDragon that’s so interesting I didn’t even know that. Usually I just make a pot of coffee the night before and make it into iced coffee the next morning 😂
@@moonstonemamaa That explains why it tastes weird to you. Cold brewing doesn't even involve hot water. You just take ground coffee beans and put them in water in the fridge overnight (12-18 hours recommended). You use time instead of heat to make the coffee, essentially.
Apparently cold brew has more caffeine and is less acidic, so some people like it better for that reason.

Can I use Carmel syrup like the kind you put on ice cream instead of the kind she used
